Service-learning classes in social work and marketing have united to coordinate a fundraiser gala on Saturday, March 27, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake University that will raise funds for the Sunanda Gandhi Memorial Home and School in India. This school serves children rescued from exploitation and trafficking.

Special guest Arun Gandhi, the grandson of Mahatma Gandhi, will attend the fundraising gala on March 27, 2010, which will include music, entertainment and a light meal. Students, staff, faculty and community members are invited to purchase tickets and support this worthy cause.
